New iMacs installed over winter break

Curious about the decision-making process that resulted in these changes, The Racquette contacted Romeyn Prescott, a graduate of SUNY Potsdam and former Student Entertainment Services President who has worked for Computing & Technology Services (CTS) since 1996.

Students travel to California for music internships

Fifteen students from the Crane Institute for Music Business spent a week during January in Anaheim, California, interning with various companies at the 2010 Winter NAMM music products trade show. The group, under the guide of Music Business Institute Executive Director Kickie Britt and David Britt, spent several months leading up to the trip researching the history and product lines of the company they had been assigned to.

Get dressed up and dance at Snow Ball

This Saturday, February 6, the annual Snow Ball will take place in the Barrington Student Union MPR. The event takes place for the third time and is hosted by Student Involvement and Leadership, Residence Life, PACES and Emerging Leaders. The event has been organized and planned by the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership together with a committee made up of students.

Today, February 2, was a relatively balmy twenty-three, compared to the recent below 0 we've been having. Fortunately, while the North Country lies in deep frost, campus events are just warming up.
