The top photo is of Nicole Volpi of the women's soccer team. The Lady Bears were taking on the Buffalo State Bengals. Potsdam did end up losing the game 3-0, but they improved their record from the 2007-2008 season.
The photo to the left was taken by staff photographer Jesse Dettmer. He captured the Men's Hockey lined up along the goal line before a game. Led by goalie Rick Miller (first in photo), the Bears completed another successful season under coach Aaron Saul.
The picture to the right is of Molly Lehman-Lewis of the Women's Lacrosse team. Lehman-Lewis is a dual sport athlete and here she is captured on the turf field running towards the opposition's goal.
The Potsdam Bears Athletics finished up yet another successful year of competition. Come and watch the Bears succeed next year.
