On February 8th, Iraq-Veteran Joshua Tabor was arrested for allegedly waterboarding his 4-year old daughter. The incident began when Tabor's daughter failed to recite the alphabet. According to Police, Tabor remained calm throughout the arrest and acted as if waterboarding was an acceptable form of punishment for children.

After Tabor's arrest, his daughter and girlfriend were open with the police about his abusive tendencies. Tabor is no longer permitted to contact his daughter, who has been placed in the care of her grandparents. Tabor was arraigned on the 16th and restricted to the Lewis-McChord joint military base as a condition of the arrest.
